Illustrator, Writer, Political Cartoonist
A Chennai-based illustrator, writer, and political cartoonist for The Hindu. He has illustrated children’s books for Tulika, Karadi Tales, and 826 National and authored The Alice Project (HarperCollins India).
I’m Satwik Gade, an Illustrator, Writer, and Political Cartoonist. I love bringing stories to life through visuals, conversation, and imagination. My work blends artistic creativity with social and political themes, making illustrations both thought-provoking and fun. Join me at the fest for an exciting session.

An award-winning children’s author and editor passionate about promoting a love of reading. She has contributed greatly to children’s literature.
I’m Sandhya Rao, a journalist, book editor, and writer with a passion for children’s literature. I’ve written books like Ekki Dokki and co-edited Children’s Books: An Indian Story. I work with Tata Trusts to develop accessible books for children. I live in Chennai and enjoy meeting people, listening to music, traveling, and all forms of storytelling.
